Some gadgets exist purely because someone could build them. This one opens bottles and connects to a home automation system over Matter, the shared standard that lets devices from different brands work together.

So yes, a beer can now be opened at the press of a button, and the rest of the house knows about it.

Whether anyone actually needs that is a separate question. I found it absurd enough to be worth showing.
