The slug detector turns for the first time

The rotating part of the slug detector moved for the first time. Instead of staring at one fixed spot, the camera can now sweep across the bed.

A single fixed view would only ever cover a fraction of the area, so the movement is what makes the whole idea practical.

Slow, a bit shaky, but it turns.
