Meta AI comes to Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses: A Game-Changer

I’m thrilled to share that Meta AI has finally arrived on my Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses, massively expanding their functionality. In my initial review of the glasses, I mentioned that they were missing some key features because Meta AI was not yet available in Germany. To address this, I developed a custom WhatsApp chatbot that allowed me to interact with an AI and even control my smart home. Now, some of these features have become directly available on the glasses through Meta AI. 

With this new integration, the glasses can answer general questions, provide live translations, and even describe what they see. These features work quite well, enhancing the user experience significantly. However, there’s still room for improvement, such as the ability to control my smart home directly through the glasses. Additionally, third-party integrations are noticeably lacking.
