ESPHome magic: Transforming battery LED strips into mains powered smart wonders (Part 1: Prototype)

Are you also annoyed about batteries for LED light strips, e.g. for Christmas lights, always being empty? If that’s the case, then this video series is perfect for you. I will show you how you can convert an originally battery powered LED or LED strip to a mains powered version that can also be controlled via Home Assistant. I am using an ESP32 with ESPHome installed for this. This is part 1 of a two part series.
