When Workflows Stop Being Rigid

Classic automation follows a fixed script: this happens, then that happens, always the same way. Adding a language model to the middle of that chain changes the character of it.

I show what that means in n8n, a tool for wiring services together, once a step is allowed to decide instead of merely execute.

The rigid rulebook is not gone, but it is no longer the only option.
